Return Policy

We value your business and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order is less than satisfactory, you may return your item for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt of the item.

Please notify us immediately if your order contains any damage or manufacturer defect. For Domestic US only we will issue a replacement item and include a pre-paid return shipping label for all damaged/defected orders only.

Returns and Refunds:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be new/unused and in the same condition you received it; unopened or in its original packaging. Used or laundered items are not eligible for any refund. 

Return shipping is at your expense, using the carrier of your choice.

We will issue you a return number (RMA number) that is to be placed on the exterior of the box.  Items must be received back at our office within 10 days of receiving your RMA. Please include a copy of the invoice sent to you at the time of delivery and a brief note explaining the reason for the return/exchange. Some restrictions may apply. Cozy Line Home Fashions is not responsible for items damaged or lost in-transit.   

Once return ships please email sales@cozylinehomefashions.com  with your return tracking number.

Items shipped back as “refused”, “return to sender”, “not ordered” or “incorrect address” will be subject to any return freight charges billed to Cozy Line Home Fashions by the carrier and will be deducted from any refund unless pre-authorized. Customers who chose to have the order re-shipped to a different address will be subject to the actual shipping costs.  
 
Exchanges:
Please follow the procedure for a return to return the item you do not wish to keep and then place a whole new order for the item you would like purchase.
 
Please note: To be accepted for return, items must be in their original purchase condition, contained within the original product packaging with any documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories that were included. Any item that you received with tags attached must be returned with those tags intact. All packaging, including the original manufacturer's containers, must be unmarked and not defaced in any manner. Items purchased as part of a set may not be returned individually. Returns that do not meet these requirements will be sent back and no refund will be issued.
Please include a copy of your receipt with an explanation for your return. Please allow 7 business days for your refund to be initiated.

All shipping fees are non-refundable. Shipping and Handling fees will be deducted from your refund/exchange.

Note: Returns/exchanges may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Clearance Items All Sales are Final. No returns or refunds will be permitted.
